The collaboration with St. Catherine's School began in September 2013. Over a period of two months, students from the school's orchestra and a choir prepared by the school's head teacher collaborated with the Underground Youth Orchestra in a concert dedicated to Manos Hadjidakis.

The collaboration with the ACS school started in January 2015. Over a period of three months, students of the school who had knowledge of a musical instrument were trained, under the supervision of the orchestra's teachers, and participated in the orchestra's rehearsals. In April 2015, a concert was given with great success in the school theatre with the participation of the school's students.

The collaboration with the school Homo educandus - Agogi, located in Corinth, started in October 2015. Over a period of three months, students of the school who had knowledge of a musical instrument were trained, under the supervision of the orchestra's teachers, and participated in the rehearsals of the orchestra. In January 2016 a concert was given with great success at the Alexandrio Conference Centre in Loutraki with the participation of the school's students.

The collaboration with the Conservatory of Colours and the Children and Youth Choir of the Municipality of Heraklion began in October 2014.Over a period of three months, students of the Youth Orchestra of the Conservatory of Colours prepared, under the supervision of the orchestra's teachers and the Conservatory's teacher Heracles Thanasis, a programme of music and songs of the European South. The choir of the Municipality of Herakleion under the direction of Yannis Idomenes was also prepared in the same way. In January 2015, a concert with Elli Paspala was given with great success at the Cinema ASTROPIA.
